Oh man, 4 great entries.

A - My main problem with it that it seems to be over sharpened, it just looks to rough.
B - I love the smoothness of it and the colors used, just the focal isn't very clear.
C - A very amazing entry, I would love to see a labeled PSD or a tutorial on how you made it.
D - My least favorite out of the 4, the colors seem off and I don't like all the empty space you put to the left and the border doesn't quite work with the signature, but still a great signature.

In the end I was torn between B and C, but by overall feel and following the colors of Megaman my vote goes to C!
