When I personally asked, I was told "one cannot know what the future holds.  mwhahahahahaha"  He's a very wicked man.  but I like him like that.

 

Basically, soon, but not now.... we'll get an announcement a week or two ahead of time just like always, some content will be devised for EoC so they can enjoy it, and fun will be had by all.... and once I make my run, I'll drop all my buff prices by 33% and get rich off of all of you

 

Just maybe in the meantime we'll get some zombies or skeeters or something

It maybe an idea to say create a bound potion for players that gives Double xp for its duration. this would remove the need to create a hundred odd levels of content for eoc quests etc.. just spitballin here...

It would be nice if we got a 1-2 weeks notice if any event like this is around the corner!

2xp events are one of the most wanted events that attracts almost everyone online..

Seeing as how we always get a two week notice. You'll be notified when it happens. The first one we ever had that lasted for 24 hours was in July

They did that ONCE a long time ago and got a ton of negative feedback for it.  Since then they have always been kind enough to notify us well in advance so we can save our stam for a good hunt.

well maybe they should throw a few curve balls in there now and then ,keep us quessing what they going to do next ,instead of the same routine year after year?,

What Yote said.....  I remember the "surprise" 2xp event well.... NOBODY had any stam, we didn't have many ways to accumulate reserves (at that time we only got reserves if there was an unexpected outage) and generally most of us were very very very UNHAPPY about it..... You can't use a 2xp event if you have no stam, unless you throw money at it.....

 

Impromptu GE's, flash sales,  and composing events are enough surprises for me.... 

 

 

of course, if suddenly Quango was re-released, I would be extremely ecstatic

Just for like 12 hours. Then again a couple days later for another 12 hours. At the most. Without any comments on the home page about anything.

If they were really wicked, they would spring a 75% xp day, without mentioning it, just to see how many would show up here wondering why they're not getting their levels as fast as usual.....
