 you should add stronger potions with guild buffer and buff master, there has to be more people to sell buff,  and the  potions that we have are weak, people rarely sell them, if we improve the save of stam while buffing more people will sell buff

For those who think Distil 250 is not a good idea, I'm trying to understand why? Yes, we'll be able to push potions high(er), but why is that bad for the game?  I feel like players enjoy feeling strong and able to check their stats out and compare.

 

Terrorize 750. Flinch 625. Force Shield 500. Chi Strike 750. Armor Boost, Sanctuary, Coordinated Defense all 700. Find Item 1600. These are potions off the top of my head that are very powerful even before using Brew Master. The potions should be balanced around the game, not the other way around.

 

On the topic of a level 500 Brewing Master, didn't this already exist and hasn't been re-released? I assume there is a reason for that. While I like the idea of the huge increase in the duration of Ladder potions and other long duration PvP focused potions like the Armor potion in the Xmas boxes... This could be a bit much. Not really 100% against it but I think the Arena Brew Master potion does exactly as necessary and not over the top.

 

To be honest with the rest of the buffs I can't be bothered to argue against them. If they were implemented I would use some of them. Just hope you have some plan for your donation chests going forward that don't involve just increasing the buff levels even more, although it sounds like the allegiance token shop update would essentially replace these all together and I'm not necessarily against that.

Way to high level on theese 4, lowered them to a more normal (still sick benefit).
In case you use the levels you sugested you gonna make Chests/Containers drop in value and less people will do donations during the "Sales" :) 

The other ones looks great even if many of them are potions i probably never will use

Way too expensive for buffs that can all be cast easily with Buff Enhancer. I would consider changing them all to level 350 or so. That or hugely reduce the cost of the potion.

Quest Finder Level : 200 Duration : 120m
Quest Hunter Level : 200 Duration : 120m
 
Again, way too expensive here when you can get a FI 800 potion in the AH for 10k gold or less, or a FI 1000 potion in the bazaar for 40k. Quest Finder and Hunter are easily available buffs and can already get level 200+ with Buff Enhancer. Increase the Find Item level to 1250 and add Lady Luck 350 or something.
 
Potion of Precision Strike. Loyalty:  500
 
Arterial Strike Level :  1000 Duration : 120m
 
This is fine I guess, don't have much of an opinion here
 
Forgemaster Draft. Loyalty:  150
 
Epic Forge Level :  200 Duration : 120m
 
Wouldn't hurt to raise it to level 250, or combine Epic Craft and change the levels to 225.
 
Magical Carapace. Loyalty:  500

Don't know why these buffs are paired together (I think there is a similar arena pot) when their uses are completely different and barely ever work well together from my experience. Either way I think this is way too expensive considering these buffs at level 175-200 aren't that much different.
 
Hunting Lord Potion. Loyalty:  500
 
Doubler Level : 3000 Duration : 120m
 
I don't have enough stamina to have an opinion on this lol

Eek, now why would you go proposing these level buffs as if level 750 potions aren't crazy enough?! Reduce these to level 550 each. Or 600 at the very most. And double the cost I would say.

I don't think Distil 250 should be a thing. The Zombie Brew potion is already powerful enough. I would reduce the Brewing Master level to 350 and set it at 500 tokens.

Cool but wayyy too expensive?! You're talking about adding level 1000 conserve for less than half of this? LOL

Overall thank you for finally deciding to update the shop. The token problems shouldnt be an issue for those who p2w and even for those freebies, they could have saved up tokens from daily quests and the daily tokens. Please take your time to decide whats the best lvsl for all this. Dont make them below the current pots ingame nor make them OP over chests in game. Find a balance and take your time. We dont need this update right away. Make draft optimal suggestion before doing this.

I have concerns about all those big levelling pots, and also about the Ditsil 250.

But no one is talking about Arterial Strike 1250, 125% extra XP per round (with that new Distil 250)... Isn't that potentially VERY game breaking as well?

 

It doesn't work when Conserve activates so I don't think it is all that worth it tbh

Personally, I think the few pots that are being mentioned as very overpowered ARE very overpowered but I disagree that they will hurt donations.

After all, most donations get a lot of allegiance tokens too, so, from a business perspective, which is how THEY have to look at it, it makes sense.  Players still get epic pots PLUS, NOW, very useful Allegiance Tokens. So, donating players win, and the cows theoretically win too.

That said, I still think that the AL / LIB / CONS / Distil etc proposed changes are FAR too much.

What happened to bringing in all the NEW potion/buffs that are listed in skills, but not yet implemented ? - wouldn't this have been a good way to do it ?

Can i say most of players who like these pots have over 100k token in the bank ?  ;)

 

 I would Suggest make some of these pots overpowered pots as reward of reaching specific medal tier  Bronze,Gold,Crystal, Ruby and Diamond... make the game more active in all aspects this way

 The higher tier the bigger the pot is !

 

or maybe unlock them from Loyalty token shop once you reach like Ruby or Diamond medal ..

And without medal method  Still benefit long established players who just level without doing any other activity...

What is the benefit from bound potion though specially for EOC players ? 

 

This method will benefit the new players more than ever.

Please see below for my thoughts in orange. There are a few things that I had to assume as the OP didn't mention them: all of the potions will be bound, they cannot be broken or leached, they will listen to/follow our feedback and they are referencing https://forums.hunte...6861&hl=loyalty.

If you don't read all of my comments there is one takeaway that I cannot stress: Distil cannot go higher than 150. This is why the game has even more OP potions than intended.

1,000 X 1.15 (Zombie Brew) = 1,150. Does Arterial Strike even have a use anymore? Seems like a pointless addition. I would remove this - add a different buff in this place.

200 X 1.15 (Zombie Brew) = 230. Why just Epic Forge? Feels weird. Even if Epic Craft 200 was added it feels strange and not useful. I would remove this - add a different buff in this place.

Magical Carapace. Loyalty: 500

Defensive Aura Level : 250 Duration : 120m
Layered Armor Level : 250 Duration : 120m
250 X 1.15 (Zombie Brew) = 287.5. This is a very strange combination and you would only use one of these buffs (unless you are running a hybrid). I'm not sure how to change this as is. My suggestion would be to have Defensive Aura 250 + Shield Wall 250 as one pot and Layered Armor 250 + Armor Boost 250 as another. Again, not a lot of use as there are eggs out there. Make the Loyalty cost 250? Probably best to remove this as well.

Hunting Lord Potion. Loyalty: 500

Doubler Level : 3000 Duration : 120m
3,000 X 1.15 (Zombie Brew) = 3,450. I mean, this is great because you will spend less time hunting. I'm content with this - feels balanced.

Potion of the Divine Hunter. Loyalty: 1000

Doubler Level : 5000 Duration : 120m
5,000 X 1.15 (Zombie Brew) = 5,750. Wow, this is a Doubler. I mean, this is great because you will spend less time hunting. For convenience, maybe increase the price to 1,500 Loyalty Tokens?

Potion of Divine Knowledge. Loyalty: 750

Adept Learner Level : 1000 Duration : 120m
Librarian Level : 900 Duration : 120m
1,000 X 1.15 (Zombie Brew) = 1,150. 900 X 1.15 (Zombie Brew) = 1,035. Holy Cow, these are high levels. This makes Xmas and Celebration chests inferior. Adept Learner feels too strong as it is increasing by 250 levels. I think I am okay with Librarian as it is only increased by 50 levels. I would drop Adept Learner to 850 and keep Librarian as is. I would also increase the Loyalty token cost to 1,000-1,500.

Rampage Potion. Loyalty: 750

Animal Magnetism Level : 500 Duration : 120m
Conserve Level : 1000 Duration : 120m
500 X 1.15 (Zombie Brew) = 575. 1,000 X 1.15 (Zombie Brew) = 1,150. Animal Magnetism at 500 is okay. Conserve at 1,000 is 250 levels over the next highest chest (Xmas). I would either drop Conserve to 750 or do a slight increase to 850. I would also increase the Loyalty token cost to 1,000-1,500.

Alchemist Prized Potion. Loyalty: 750

Distil Level : 250 Duration : 120m
Brewing Master Level : 500 Duration : 120m
No. This pot is a hard no. Zombie Brew at 150 is already too high and has caused issues within the game (looking at you Easter Basket). To change this, I would lower Distil to 150 (matches Zombie Brew) and also lower Brewing Master to 250. Having this above 300 would ruin the arena market and you would not be able to turn a profit playing the arena. The easiest solution would be remove this pot as it is way too strong. It would also adversely impact every aspect of the game that uses any sort of potion. Please no. No.

1,000 X 1.15 (Zombie Brew) = 1,150. No duration listed on this - I assume 60m. The game currently has Potion of Masterful Global Acceleration (Global Booster 1,500 for 60m for 1,200 Loyalty tokens). So, this potion needs to be lowered to 750 Loyalty tokens.

Potion of Devilish Global Acceleration. Loyalty 3000.
Global Booster 1500
1,500 X 1.15 (Zombie Brew) = 1,725. The game currently has Potion of Masterful Global Acceleration (Global Booster 1,500 for 60m for 1,200 Loyalty tokens). So, this potion is already in the game.

2,000 X 1.15 (Zombie Brew) = 2,300. The scaling on the Loyalty cost on this from level 1,500 to 2,000 is wild. Lower the price to 1,500 Loyalty Tokens.

I'm all for these upgrades. As Lou mentioned, now that the DC's have been nerfed there is no
issue introducing higher level Distils. I think the people saying that it's "game breaking"
are probably just resisting change. Same for the levelling pots. I think it will be great to
finally have things worth buying from the loyalty section. Again, the cows probably are fully
aware of how many tokens people are sitting on. I think Allegiance Tokens should be
a big deal and you should get really useful things for your commitment.

Levellers with large stam banks have been crying out for higher level doublers for years.
Not only will they reduce the time we spend hunting, they will reduce load on the servers.

I agree that the Arterial Strike one is a bit odd. It's usefulness is such an edge case. But
it would mitigate against 2% miss if you are not suicide hunting. Given the current lack of
gold I imagine that more people are collecting gold from their hunts. There are AS pots
floating around from the caves if memory serves so clearly someone is using them.
Theoretically it might enable multi-hit setups. You'd still use the same number of swings,
just less combats. Not sure you could pull that off for an entire hunt though and who wants
to be changing gear midway through a hunt? If multi-hitting becomes viable it would also
reduce load on the servers. Anyway I don't consider this "game breaking", just adding
variety.

I think it's fair to say that the arena needs some love. No doubt the cows have that in hand
for the future. I wouldn't expect these changes to have too much effect on arena pot sales.
They are expensive enough that most people are going to have to think twice before using
them. There can't be that many players that can splurge on these type of pots with impunity.

I have the impression from recent updates that the cows are trying to make levelling
harder. It's entirely possible that at some point in the future we might need these pots.

I like the improvements to the existing pots (but not the cost aspect :P). I agree with the comment on Distil 250 being unnecessary.

Why do we need AL and Conserve 1000? It’s already easy enough to level in this game. And please no distil 250

These are great additions to give more EoC players that opportunity to work on getting top player bronze medal and beyond. I was hoping for a higher distil  maybe 180 or 200, yet will not complain at a 250  :) 

 

Real nice token costs too!

wouldn't the top player also have access to the potions? they would use the potions as well and nothing would change :P

Yes it would be more expensive for lower stam bank players since high stam bank players have stocked up. Yet "how far can you go subleveling at EoC? 50 lvls 100 lvl? before the player gets 1xp?" At some point leveling stalls. Just be great to get to that stall faster than currently allowed :P And it will be cool that lower levels can get up here faster and compete with the hard to get medal!

Not all of us can donate.... often I don't have enough tokens to even get a doubler potion even with token DQ's... It would be nice if there was a gold purchase option for these items as well.....
