Spend much time looking for NPC that buys all the junk, that fills the inventory.

Do that NPCs really exist? :D

Yes they do - right click on Vendors to sell.

1. Yes you can repair equipment at specific NPCS such as a 'master' Prospect trainer.. it's limited to the amount of npcs that have the ability from my perspective ohmy.png.

2. Yes you can sell all gear to NPCS that have a 'Sell' option, including bound items.

I'm having problem finding these 2 kind of NPC. sad.png

you can sell to almost any trading npc if you are still in othalo or eldevin city you could search for the market

and you can find those repairing npc's in any blacksmith

Would this game have attack speed? Like attributes that would help you attack faster. Or will every class be just attacking at the same speed?

The fastest DPS class is assassin

Yes, attack speed is based on weapon choice.  For example, crossbows (ranger) are very fast, while the big 2-handed weapons preferred by warriors are relatively slow.  Every weapon has attacks per second as one of the stats listed on it.

Note that for any given weapon type, all are the same speed.  Every crossbow is 2.5 per second.  all weapons also have two damage listings, damage per hit and DPS, or average damage per second.  When looking at talents and spells, most are based on DPS but there is an occasional 'damage' based.

There is also 'haste', but that effects the cool downs on spells rather then basic attack speed.

Okay thanks. so the fastest would be assasin. Because i want to play a character but only relying on basic attacks with the fastest attack speed possible. I dont want to use any spells or skills at all, unless they are passives or will boost my basic attack speed.

Yes, skill levels are independent of character level.
