also it seems rather odd that the person who made this guild also made another one 2 weeks before he made this guild.

But THIS new guild didnt just take our name and tack on to it... they copied it LETTER FOR LETTER, no additional letters, no letters removed.... they copied it letter for letter, and added 2 spaces.
I asked you if you know that these players took the name with malice in mind or if it was simply a name they thought up and added the spaces where needed, not knowing about your guild.
Many have asked me this question, and as many who I have talked to can attest, I have said that at least one of the founders names is familiar to me. I believe one of my members hit this person in the past when they were lower level. Do I have proof? no, because I do not keep every single log message on a screen shot.
The head founder came from The Elites. (as is shown in his avi, and as was told to my cofounder). I do know the elites do KNOW who we are, because members of my guild have hit them in basic PvP to the point of their contacting me. Do I have screen shot proof? no.
the cofounder that I recognize was founder of Infernal Warriors (for which they share a web site with the other TDS) and it appears based on several signing on and out at the same time, members of the other TDS, and IW are multies.... do I have proof other than observation? no.
since I am assuming the question I am being asked REALLY is "do you have PROOF they did it in malice", instead of "do you believe they did it in malice", I must answer, no, I have no PROOF.

no flamie thats not true. the top 3 players all came from Infernal Warriors. which was made just a few weeks ago. seems rather strange to make 1 guild then abandon it a couple weeks latter.
