A Light in the Black
We accept folk level 5 and up. Not more than 2 at a time, simply to make sure everyone has gear if we take on two newbies at the same time - which is often fun and a good thing to do. Beyond that we take folk of all levels and play styles - though as we don't GvG such players don't tend to hang around for long.
Interviews? Dunno - a PM or two to make sure we are a fit sometimes. I tend to ignore blank requests to join - say something! Interested players are encouraged to talk to anyone in the guild to get perspective on it - we all represent the guild good or bad, and that way folk can make their own minds up by getting a few opinions from different guildies - gives a fuller and more accurate picture.
We are low stress, no drama style guild.

A little edit: Guild founder of Mythology. Mythology accepts all levels! Plenty of gear. Only not so much into GvG. For the rest, we are doing every aspect of the game Cheers! Bram
