We've bought some improved monitoring software for the database this evening which we'll be setting up tomorrow to help us figure out what's causing it to keep falling over.
We'll get it fixed, but we just need to figure out what the exact cause is first

I Have said this in the past this all started when you started using cloudflare :
Incident report on memory leak caused by Cloudflare parser bug ....cloudflare has been having a lot of issues lately and many other sites are leaving because of failed repairs ....

Cloudflare, lately, let's not beat about the bush, has been pretty dire - whenever you look at their status report, there's always areas with issues ....

Yeah we can't tell if the issue is resolved until we try it out on the live environment - we'll continue to look at it with the aim to have it fully resolved this week.

We'll do our best to get this issue resolved this week. Unfortunately we need to see it happening to find out what's causing it and it tends to resolve itself quite quickly. Zorg setup some extra logging on the database server today which should help us figure out what's causing the issue tho!

Yup, happening here in New England too. As a trouble shooter in the electronics field, (have soldering gun, will travel) I have a good idea what's happening with trying to fix this bug. And it's not over until it's "smoke tested"
Just thank heavens they've got opposable hooves...
