I noticed Sauins is a set quite popular for players on the 3k ladder. These players also prefer using nightmare visage to boost def rather than full def sets since its easier that way. 

Empress Tinny is for those PVPers and I like attack sets more so its not the same ratio but can be used instead of sauins.

 

I don't care as much about explaining my self to you but more so to show you that your thinking is limited. So many level 3k setups use sets from 2400-3000. What if when people reach level 3700 or 3800 that another pvp set can be made using Empress Tinny set ?

As soon as someone uses NMV they are transferring attack to def that means they have less attack to hit you with for a start.

Secondly with Flinch taking 46% off a persons attack and Fumble further reducing a persons attack NMV would be almost the last buff you would use on ladder..in that range.

 

Secondly the stats of the empress set are 1059 higher than sauins which makes it better unbuffed ...But once you buff wearing sauins its item stats make it better than The empress set...which for a super elite set 275 levels higher than the set it is designed to replace is underwhelming.

I think you should actually check the people that do ladder in that range because I have. Currently the two players with a positive rating Misstep is using NMV 192 and Hades although in epics has NMV 175 on. 

 

Im glad you know how flinch works and fumble too, you need to understand the world doesn't revolve around you so If my set is made to compliment a high attack with nmv strategy but you want to use a different strategy then go for it. Use some other setup. Rattytcb is using an armor setup strategy using Chuckers Set but only 2 people are wearing that set in the whole game. According to you if only 2 people are gonna use it then it shouldn't exist ?

 

Stats arent in my control only the ratios I can recommend. I am aware SE items lose out on enchant buffs and Def Aura etc. But you still don't get the point, if it doesn't fit in an existing set perfectly you make one around it. Sauins gives more def my set gives more attack. When you need a set with more attack use it.

Actually the new 3400 set is pretty useful for Atk/defense set ups... There have been some recent sets that were not very useful, but there are plenty of dev designed sets that are useless as well...

It is pretty useful unbuffed.., Show me a ladder player unbuffed ...

Actually I beat them on the ladder 2 or 3 weeks ago I think I might know that...its possible to get more def than attack at eoc 250 k ish att and well over 300 k def...

Probably is I don't get experiment at that level so I can't say. I can only presume KE 400 is a 40% boost per set and SW  575 is a 28.75% boost per set and SW 500 is seasonal and can get expensive depending on AH. So NMV is used to increase def

 

I was only commenting based on what I have been seeing the ladder players use since I want them to use the set. If the stats aren't enough to warrant a change then BG should look into the level difference and total stat difference.

I have enjoyed the recent influx of Se's for a while there were none, and atleast these sets don't come in and flood the market all at once.

That may be because they only corrected the spelling on the mouse over. But Not in the coding. I believe someone pointed out earlier that mouse over was spelled incorrectly.

I could have used that level 300 fist fight potion a couple of weeks ago on a heavily armored/HP bounty...nice potion

The point is that this set would have had the same total stats if it were a legendary set at lvl 3400 difference being that EA And ES and other buffs would have given it far more demand and made it a superior option to the Sauins set.

At the end of the day i guess crappy sets make cheap composing materials. Win win i guess. Some are good some are bad right from the start.

Do me a favor and read the buff and report back when you understand it . When you understand the buff in it's entirety we can then converse about how ill-thought this was. Also let me know when your balling out in every best potion and buff in the game i'll be sure to active this AND ONLY THIS and beat you silly on the BB or whatever 1 in every 3 hits.
