Can you explain Rested XP??? How does some one use it.. I have like 22% now...

It just makes you gain more experience when you're playing and doing your usual things.

This is a newbie question, but when your inventory is full...where do you go? I thought there were banks but I'm not sure where to find them the quests didn't seem to introduce them. HELP?

The bank in Eldevin City is just off of the main square (the one with the fountain in it). Take the east path out of the square and it's the building on your right. The cashier will give you a quest to do first before you can open an account.

Part of the Eldevin walking tour quest directs you to the bank, it shows all the main areas of the City

It sounds stupid but as a Newby I will still ask. Seemingly I can not enter Eldevin City. It says I still have to do something.
As far as I can see that would be the Othalo Resurection Quest (character lvl 2 quest). In the quest journal it is purple and has a ? behind it. It does not give any info on how,what or where to go or do anything. Any ideas on what to do from this point. (I can get around, and find that I can work out the instructions, but in this case I miss an and all instructions.)

To gain access to Eldevin City from the Othalo entrance... you need to complete "Civil Unrest" questbook I think. 

 

The questgiver is Mandreke.

 

You can take the shortcut from the Othalo Forestry area... to the Forest of Adera and enter Eldevin City that way.

You are supposed to do the Mandreke quests before entering Eldevin.  In actuality, only that one door is locked, so you can use another entrance.

I'm just wondering, but is there a guide or something with all the chat commands available for the world chat? It used to be that just typing /h would give all of them, but I'm pretty sure there are a lot more now that aren't given.

Three more points. 

 

Emotes, pets and mounts can used with '/<name>'.  So, for example, to summon the Wild Fox (if you have it), you can use '/wildfox'.

 

The '/who' command has parameters.  '/who <lvl range> <class>' and '/who realm'.

lvl range -- can be a single number or a range such as 10-14

class -- will show players that have one or more talent points in that class.

  (can use lvl range and class together or either one alone)

realm -- show players in your current realm

 

In all cases, '/who' will never display more then 15 names.

 

'/time' is in game time, not real time.

 

The rest is pretty self explanatory, just try them out.

But that's not all of them. I know there is also several smilies like :t and and several others and I've seen people mention items in the chat and the item name become a link, instead of staying plain text (so you can hover over it and see the item specifications), just like when NP chat mentions items. And those aren't mentioned in the /?
