Well, if Kamrack Essence A requires 25 pieces, and Kamrack Essence C requires 75, it might be safe to assume that Kamrack Essence B (presumably a mixer) requires 50 pieces. However, with only three other Kamrack bits to date, no amount divides equally ... and we had better hope it's not 50 of each. :evil:

I know that is of no real help, but I felt like posting. :P


There are three different 'mixer' types dropped by the monsters - it is possible that it's not just one item we make, there could be an Essence D as well ...

That very well may be. I had considered it as well, but at this point it's anyone's guess. We also need to determine if the Unrefined Eyes are refined at a new smelt-like location or an actual smelt, and if the chance of refining is based on existing 'smelting' percentages or are being treated as a new, more difficult ore.

If it's 3 mixers that are dropped why wouldn't it be B, D and E? B being 50 of one, D being 100 of another and E being 125 of the last? I know it isn't a particularly nice thought but it's possible.

Hoof told us that this second part of the quest was detectable. Me being my usual self I went and checked the Peak of the Betrayer and it was not there. It's a supporter quest so we know it's not in Gothador.

It's a supporter quest so we know it's not in Gothador.


Not true.

I don't know where the quest actually is either - but there are other "supporter" quests that the quest square is in Gothador, but are listed as supporter-only because you need items from other realms.

I'm thinking this is a new summons quest..We are getting body parts, then making "Essance" parts and we already got the controller ( the gem) I think its going to rebuild us a new creature..Maybe?

That would hardly make the reward worthwhile if past summons are any indication.

Maybe it's like the red gem quest. Where you have mix multiple times to get the item?

Seeing how hoof said after the holidays . The 4th tier stat increase quest would be out . The 3rd tier was a pain so my guess it is the 4th tier increase imo

True, however I don't think this quest is it. So far from what I've seen, I don't believe there's been mention of any sort of level requirement/class requirement, so I don't think this is really a 4th tier upgrade quest, but hoof DID say the reward would be worth it.

Also Akk - I did add the first part properly, I just added a quest location after to make it a little easier to find :wink:

well, I refined my akbar annoying skills by schooling him in his own type of playing in age of empires... somehow I dont think thats what you mean :-P

Well I got enough hearts to forge Essence A.

I like having a quest that I will not be able to finish instantly.

That doesn't mean at one point hunting I didn't mutter, "This quest reward better be something like a God stick."
