I also agree with a suggestion here about setting max level to hunt the new titan if it is under 200. By doing so you will encourage the high level guilds to bring in some lower level members and support them with high level buffs. It would give low level players something to do besides just level and might draw in more new players.

Doppelganger (Titan)?How about to spice it up a bit, have one of the new Titans be twins! let 2 of them appear on the map, double the HP if you wish, just for a bit of variation.
As for drops two epic swords? One for each hand, just like the Doth Blade set
And if you wish it to be a challenge make the stats to be updated each 100 levels, so it can be an usefull item no matter what level you are
Also you can abuse on the "epic items sink"(ingredients for the recipe) for these items if the idea above is adopted

Like say players have to find a certain amount of multiple items to unlock each one, could have one of the items in the caves (to work as a gold sink) and another as a drop (to give people something to do with their stam). You could have an alter or something they would have to turn the items in at.
Or players have to find materials to build altars or shrines then sacrifice certain (common items to make some of them useful or some of the old SE and LE gear to make it of some use again) items to get them to appear.
Have maybe some of the titans just drop parts of an epic (one drops the blade and another drops the hilt... and so on with different types of epic).
Just a few ideas off the top of my head.

Drops lab coat (lowest arm atm is lvl 180) or wellies (lowest boots atm are skallys?)
Could still give stam gain/exp gain but also some temporary component slots? (only have increased slots while epic equipped).
maybe have some low level buffs(or similar new enhancements) always running eg:-
am 100
conserve 100
LF 100
RF 100
Extractor 100
Invent 100
Some master inventor enhancement on it.
This would allow lower level players a chance to explore the farming/inventing side of the game without having to pay out for character upgrades or buying expensive potions/buffs and not get put off by extract/invent failures.

Here's an idea - have some of these new titans drop Idols that are displayed on the Guild page and give Enhancement bonuses to the entire guild.
I like this idea , would keep rewards in the guild . Maybe +1 stam gain to the whole guild but the idol expires after 30 days .

How about an epic item that could be useful in other aspects of the game.ie farming/inventing.
It could be a lvl 25-50 titan,split personality? mad scientist/botanist?

no need to have buffs attached to a epic item but maybe be able to buy a buff pack or the idol idea from above quote is a good idea(idol could have a temp buffs also or something for the guild)
also how about a quest item epic that can be used with other epic items to invent new epics?

This can be done via instanced maps. Those who are familiar with how instances work in World of Warcraft should be familiar with this. Anyway here's a rough scenario on how I think it could work on Fallen Sword:I'd like to see a titan system that doesn't rely on competition against other players. Make a guild get organized and work for a reward at there own pace.
[*:texd5xwr]Instanced maps - Each guild will have weekly titan map instances which reset at the end of each week and respawns the titans. They will have their own copy or instance of the map containing the titan. If the guild kills the titan (titan hp is reduced to 0), then it won't spawn for that guild for the rest of the week until after the instance is reset at the end of the week. Therefore you have to be a member of a guild in order to titan hunt. Example:
Map instances by guild: Guild A - Deepwater Kraken / Plague Mists Isle (North) (RealmID=1312, InstanceID=001) Guild A - Skaldir the Chill / Frozen Flats (RealmID=368, InstanceID=004) Guild A - Graganath Dragonbane / Shuito Desolation (Hollows) (RealmID=1623, InstanceID=007) etc. Guild B - Deepwater Kraken / Plague Mists Isle (North) (RealmID=1312, InstanceID=002) Guild B - Skaldir the Chill / Frozen Flats (RealmID=368, InstanceID=005) Guild B - Graganath Dragonbane / Shuito Desolation (Hollows) (RealmID=1623, InstanceID=007) etc. Guild C - Deepwater Kraken / Plague Mists Isle (North) (RealmID=1312, InstanceID=003) Guild C - Skaldir the Chill / Frozen Flats (RealmID=368, InstanceID=006) Guild C - Graganath Dragonbane / Shuito Desolation (Hollows) (RealmID=1623, InstanceID=007) etc.[*:texd5xwr]To compensate for the periodic spawning and frequency of these titans to the guilds, Titan Kill Points requirement to buy the particular titan item should be increased (or perhaps a new system to calculate Titan Kill Points should be introduced). Also, titan item drop rates should be reduced to around 1% or even less (no more 100% drop rate). They are called Epic items for a reason.
This way, each guild will equally have a crack at each titan. It will now only depend on whether the guild is active enough to hunt all of them or has the required levels and resources to hunt the higher-level ones.

Osverin's Epic: Adds 5 lvls for buffs
Gurgriss's Epic: gives 5% additional to overall stats after buffs and bonuses
Lindarsil's Epic:Makes you able to wear gears 50 level above your VL
This would be inventable from one time use recipe drop from new titans
Doesn't look overpowered but still epic...

Then may be recipes consists of rp items and titan items making a brand new epics?
If we are gonna use older titan items to invent certain new ones,
