I've just wasted more than 50 minutes of my hunting buffs (especially PvP Prestige) because of server lag. Will you be kind enough to extend them?

I have put a lot of fsp into my current stam, I have pots from donation chests running. I am unable to hunt due to screen freezes, non loads and slow movement :(

experiencing lots of lag and lack of page loads.. just had over five million stolen from me and would like to swing back ;)

glad i was near the end of my own hunt.. was able to come back inbetween this lag to get a swing at my stolen gold (thankfully got almost 10% back :P) .. i waited till the last day to make my hunt to make sure the bugs were fixed.. now i'm just going to log off and let my buffs/potions run out.. no point in sticking around with this

I hate to sound like I'm piling on but seriously, it would have been nice to make this huge change to game operations when the bugs could have been worked out before the single biggest event of the year.  A time that should give players nothing but positives has left many with nothing but negative feelings toward the game, including new players walking away in frustration.  Please please please learn from this experience.

There's two seperate issues here.

 

The first was an issue with the London POP on CloudFlare which was causing the partial page loads and movement stopping on the map (due to only partial data returning). This was out of our control and we contacted them about it to get it resolved as soon as we determined this was the issue.

 

The second issue is that we recently moved to a new host and before the event everything looked to be stable, but with the increased activity it's highlighted some issues which we're doing our best to address now. Yes I agree it would have been great if we could have predicted these issues in advance, however we're doing our best to fix the issues and keep the game running smoothly.

My PvP Prestige dropped...can you extend that to at least 30 minutes?

It's also counted as a buff so should have been extended as well.

There may be one more spike of lag while we do the final tweaks. I'll post on the news once we're completely done.
