There are Xmas quests at Level 15, Level 50, Level 300, Level 500, Level 700, Level 900, Level 1100, Level 1300 and Level 1500 - so, seems logical to add 2 more at Level 1700 and Level 1900. You have between 6 and 9 (depending on if you've done some) awaiting you already...

To which, Watagashi replied, "And done the years they were out."

Then, level up :) - there's loads more for you to do. You chose to stay at that level and there is a plethora of content, quests, special quests, SE's etc etc etc etc ahead of you. I really don't see why the cows should add new stuff into existing levels continually just to "appease" those who chose to stay at / within specific level bands ...

Homer : Marge, don't discourage the boy. Weaseling out of things is important to learn. It's what separates us from the animals .. except the weasel.

Eddie Izzard : The National Rifle Association say that guns don't kill people, people do. But I think the gun helps, you know ? I think it helps. I think just standing there going "BANG" - that's not going to kill too many people, is it ?

I don't mean to sound pessimistic, but it seems that everything I eat lately turns to poo ...

should be a buff that isn't used in any global potion

Perhaps ... that dramatically limits the options for those that are "out and out levellers" tho ..

To a point, I agree, but given that the 2 quests will be the current highest level xmas quests, I think it's fair to say that folk who will earn them enjoy levelling, and those that aren't up in this level won't really care ;)

*shrugs* I suppose they can ignore them and only add for the end of contents,, that should work great

I havent seen any sign of a required amount of levels anyone has to gain a year and still think theres nothing wrong with new content for everyone this event.

Thats why I suggested TH and merch 180, there are no pots for those buffs and at 180 its still special but not too over powered.

You sneaky so n so - you had the xp event in your head the whole time, didn't you .. admit it.

Of course! :D

So, I see 1900-1925 is earmarked for 23rd Dec ? - any chance of it before the event ? LOL.

Hmm. Not sure. Probably not.

(and, finally, a gentle reminder about those pesky master realms, pretty please ? )

Master Realms are being worked on too, don't worry.

Will they be bound? Are they repeatable or just a one off?

Bound one off Quest Reward.

And what about all the other levels???

They already have their Christmas Content.

And those 17 LE dragons,,, that would be pretty cool for those of us who dont level so much.

Still hoping to get these done. It's still all go here.

Getting that 1925 content out 'before' the xp event would be nice...

hmmm,, I had to go back and look at all thew quests.

15 gives a snowball rune crystaline that I have never seen anyone use

50s quest itself only gives exp

300 also only exp (and a big gap between 50 and 300 tbh)

500 gives the turkey helm,, a pretty sad helm in regards to stats for its level tho amazingly enough UFSg says 2 people wear one (and 56 in backpack so 58 total kept in game)

700 is the festive robe, a bit more use it (12 equiped 78 backpack) but still pretty low stats for a 700 piece

900 gives the Wyldfire Blazing Staff,,, nobody is using it and only 29 were kept in packs

at 1100 we get the first pot,, AL500

1300 Ambrosa bread doubler 1200 another pot

and 1500 got Dominostein,,AM500 and doubler 1000

SO

Considering this I notice a couple things,,,,

Why did the low levs get gear nobody uses and the high (over 1k) got pots??? To me this is a great chance to add a few more quests, perhaps 150,, maybe a couple more but to keep with the every 200 levels trend 150 is the only real space open.(although im sure nobody would argue with a 150, 400, 600, 800,1000,etc quests added too with pots for under 1k and some festive gear for the even levels over 1k)

But that aside the trend seems to be pots that,,,other than AM 500 are pretty much a cross between a global chest pot and a loyalty one so if I had to suggest only 2 items id have to go with the trends I see here and say

1700 doubler 1200 AL 200 lib 200

1900 Lib 350 AL 350

(maybe,, to me it seems a bit high)

perhaps a flamedeer wellington or nice xmas pudding for the items itself.

The other factor I saw looking at all the quests,,,the lower ones are almost all linked to a champ, elite or SE creatures while the higher ones lack this,, if the 2 new ones are all that are added please keep this trend and dont add a SE or elite set to it. This is yet another nice suggestion, add a few new ones so all levels have a quest that requires inventing or a kill total on common creatures perhaps being the one that gives a pot AND ones that have a mediocre gear reward (but still fun especially a turkey helm! I may level to 500 by next year just for that) with a elite, champ or SE added to hunt as well

finally id like to add that most of us,,, most of us,, have been really good this year :)

Hello Fallensword Development Team,

I have a suggestion and hope it can be added down the road, after all these other great things you are doing.

COMPOSING

Right now, most of us are logging in every 1 hour and 15ish minutes to accept finished potions, in order to renew new ones.

This process is a bit taxing.

Can we see a change? adding a Queue?

What I was thinking, is having a Queue that sets up, say, like 10 potions consecutively, and either allow the Queues to withdrawal gold right from your bank, or guild bank (if the potions are being created in bulk for the guild)

Adding more features to the process.

Right now, we are doing a lot of clicking, rather than just setting up Queues and taking a break, or going back to work.

It would give us gamers peace of mind being able to create 24 hours worth of Queues, go off to sleep, or on holiday vacations and know that logging in every hour is not needed anymore.

Now, on a more serious note, its been a long time since I really did any forum reading, and only jumped on a few topics here n there over the last month. But I have got to tell you folks, your doing a wonderful job, despite critics and whiners. I am impressed with the expedited content being released, the outstanding job your team is doing to produce a relevant game.

I know I can promote this game to friends and not be worried it will be irrelevant to them and their gaming needs.

Have a wonderful holiday and enjoy the much deserved time off when you get it.

-Levy

Queues have been suggested before Levy - as a outright "upgrade" or an earned upgrade via fragmenting medal or something, but Hoof has opposed the idea :(

His reasoning was that it stops folk logging into the game ...

Hopefully, this could be looked at again - queuing would be something a LOT of players would enjoy ...

Oh, my fault, I looked around for threads and such, saw stuff hbk posted, and nothing about this idea.. sorry I didn't dig deeper.

and you are correct sir, would be nice to have a Queue in order to release some stress of logging in hourly. At least give us an 8 hour Queue to give us some wiggle room for while we are at work. :)

Due to time restraints, players who live online are doing quite well, which I guess is good, as long as they are in your guild and can make you potions :)

haha, its all good. take er easy.

yea sorry a lot of us opposed queues because between that and global chat I have been on the FS tab much more often than I was before.

Also its a great way to encourage more activity even if it is only logging on to make another pot and its one place that those who can be on more are leveling faster,, personally I am really enjoying seeing my progress on this and setting up 10 and not needing to check in like I do would diminish that accomplishment.

And you may have missed that post but I asked and got a ok from the cows to be freelance and travel guild to guild leaving behind the tagged pots :D so keep that in mind if you want a maker there we work cheap for FSP or frag items :D

Levy1977I, I can't agree more with you.

> The HCS is doing an good job with all this improvement being implemented on the game.

> And I also agree that logging almost every hour to create an potion on composing is tought

- I know queue was not accept before but HCS could reconsider it (I believe more than 50% of all players players would like it). It would be great if it were also implemented on the game just like being able to make more potions on the same time: you make one potion an queue one (this way the player will be able to log every 2 hours on the game), and every 10 levels one extra queue (on level 20 for example and player would be able create three potions at the same time and three queues).

I think it is not an bad idea and players will still keep being very active to create potions on composing.

(without becaming crazy about the potions to be done on composing every hour xD)

Players will generally log every two hours (one hour the potion you are creating and the other hour the queueing potion that will start right after the first is complete), and I think it is fine for composing.

I can understand Hoofs thoughts on it, but those who work without the chance of logging in during that period cant log in less than they do now.

Adding even a small period of queuing (6 hours?) would allow those players to continue to make progress on that aspect of the game.  Of course, for that privilege, there would need to be a cost involved, as otherwise the players who do log in every hour to do Pots have no advantage.

No, no and double-no on anti-"gold sinks" ,oP

We just had that with the forging-cost reduction. I guess I'm the only one who is bummed out with the effect on the MP.
