Lucky after 1 try, yes. Lucky that it was a Heroic drop, no. Since that is all he drops...

Gara Dungeon has a good shield for the level. I sold after getting a higher level shield.
I have currently
Silver Binding Ring Heroic level 34 7 Vitality 8 Ranged 21 Energy.
Alloyed Sword 1 Handed Heroic. Level 25. Don't remember where I got that one.
Screenshots not working right now. will try to get them later.
