Got in. I play on the browser. I have a HP 110 with 8 gigs of RAM at 2.5% Gigahertz and a terabyte hard drive. It's less than a year old, so I know it has a good graphics card. Problem is, I'm stuck on Zephyr, and all my friends are on Oceanic!
So far, I like the new graphics. Fix the freaking server selection, and you might have something!

I can log in and play but stuff is lagged a lot in browser. This is a 2,5 year old i7 laptop btw. Ill try to update graphic driver to see if things can be fixed.

Anyone having issues with the new client in the browser can use the following link to access the old engine.
enter screen is glitched and still put me in new graphics. runs way worse and so slow and choppy but looks pretty. I may have to up grade last years pc but for the time being can i play in setting b4 update?

if the stand alone client is giving me java issues, then it can't be on my side, since that has the built in java, and yet i get same issue on both client and browser, i need a fix for this, otherwise i can never play this game again

can't log in with browser, client not working either for me.. had the felling this was gonna happen, updates and new content always bugged and stuff... anyways ill check back later to see if anything has been fixed

I get those little green bars Initializing, Unpacking Core, Loading Libraries, Executing and then nothing.On both client and browser, even on the "safe" link in Eloom's post..
I have an oldish Dell Inspiron 1545, everything seems to be up to date. Any suggestions? I've invested a lot of hours in this game, dont want it to end here

My computer is 5 years old and plays game like a dream, my laptop even older and can still play it:)
Rather then repeat this, can you help by letting up know setting, provider, hard/soft ware your running?

I'm getting the same. But I think all we need is a little patience, I think it will get sorted out

We're expecting it to be choppy for most people for this first release of the hardware engine. As mentioned on the first post of this thread, this new engine is missing several big optimisations. We fully expect the frame rate to double in most cases (I personally think way more based on my calculations). Those will be worked on next. Try to think of this as an early beta version of the hardware engine.
Of course, the old software engine is still available to fall back to if you're having problems in the meantime.
As for the loading screen issues (including black screens), we have a hunch as to what it could be. Unfortunately everyone has gone home for the night, so it will have to wait until the morning I'm afraid!

well i have dailies im gonna try and do while at 1 or 2 frames per second so if anyone fully functional sees stonehammer and thinks wtf is wrong with that guy its not my fault
