I think titan doubler is not necessarily bad for the game. Yes there will be a lot more spawns, and yes, the epics will be devalued, but it will open the aspect for a lot more players.

How can a player still have buffs listed in the buff market if they have triggered their skill points reset option and no longer have those buffs to offer?

Here an idea to rework on titan doubler buff to be more reasonable and don't make epic prices to be devalued so fast:
It could be 0.2% per point chance to gain 2 kills in an titan after killing him instead of 1 kill
At level 175 would be 35% chance to gain 2 kill after killing the titan once
(that would help titan hunting and still make it to be an reasonable good titan hunting buff)
[This rework suggestion would make titan hunting to take about 26% less time, instead of 75% less time the way it is now with 4x kills].
1/1.35 = 0.74074 => so with that buff on it would take on average 74% of the time it would take titan hunting without that buff.
1/4 = 0.25 => the way it is now
and when players be able to get teleport it may even reduce time to titan hunt again, let's say 20~40% (about less 30%) => 74% X 0.7( which is 1 less 30%) = 51.8% normal time (which is about 2 hours)
But if keep titan doubler the way it is: 4x
it would be => 25% X 0.7 = 17.5% normal time (which is 40 minutes on average/ faster hunter could even get an secure in about 30 min that way).

Similar questions on the quest hunter. Does it stack with, or is it independent of, the other doubler options.
I would expect that these would work together like global booster and doubler (the boost is applied independently, while the cost is the max of the options), but it would be good to get confirmation of that.
And does it come with a stamina cost? The skill description mentions *only* the gain in kill count

That should be fixed, we do spend the stamina for it.

With Doubler you use more stamina to get more xp/gold, not number of kills.
With Titan Doubler you use more stamina to get more kills. It makes sense to me to count all the kills you make with one swing.
There's no mention of increased stamina usage in the description of Quest Hunter so I would guess it doesn't stack with Doubler.

Another way to stop titan epic prices from falling would be to get more players into the game. Increased demand to counteract the increased supply, as it were.

unless your plan is for a certain amount of players
to get bored of the lag and log off,
so the rest can play in a decent way?

Yes, it is.
Fumble should be changed to something like .1% per skill point of the attacker's attack is stolen and added onto the defender's defense. And possibly a name change as well.

now titans will be killed AT LEAST 4 times faster !!!

shortening the time to titan hunting is bad because:
titan gets killed faster which leads to more titan spawns which leads to more epic items in AH which leads to epic prices dropping which finally leads to a stand-still of some titans because it would not be worth it (stamina-wise) to hunt it for profit
titan drops are EPIC for a reason and they should stay EPIC =>>>> have high value & expensive
again, the more epics we have in the game the more their prices drop until finally the titan is not worth hunting anymore for profit !!!
Why exactly should it be made harder to clear titans so you can profit? Please explain why something that works as a time saver should in turn be taken out so that others can make a profit.

not sure if good or bad, usually i get about 2500kills in about 3 hours, now it can be done in less than 1hour

Or maybe something like "x.xx chance of an opponent equipped item's stats to be negated at the start of combat" ?
That negated piece being only one, maybe also ignoring the set bonuses also?

I was going to hunt a Titan....but alas there is none there whatsoever!!!...apart from the Elementals and CoG(which has been known to hang around for up to a month plus)
