I guess cause some of you have to wait months for full stam. I expect you are waiting for the double experience event.

I suspect any event between now and that event will get minimal participation. Good chance for people that might not ordinarily get a chance for a top #100 spot to go for it. Which is a good thing for the game as a whole. So I say bring on a global. Who cares if we make ruby or not.
