Rules;
No text-slaps
No stealing others' artworks
Use your own creative graphics
Multiple submissions are allowed.

What I want;
I would like a Fallout: New Vegas theme. You can use any character (try to make it masculine) and any setting, just have it revolve around Fallout. I don't want Fallout or anything besides dah342 in text. If you think you can, try to make the text the same as the Pip-Boys text.

Payment;
I will be paying according to judging;
1st Place - 25 FSP
2nd Place - 10 FSP
3rd Place - 5 FSP
If you don't come in the top three I might still want your avatar. If so, I will message saying so.

Contest ends on 27/Mar/2013 15:00 Server Time.
