I think the forums should automatically "follow" any topic for you, that you comment on, if you have the option selected in your account settings. Though, the default settings stay the same if you do not select it.

I have to agree with Rez, maybe not quite that strongly, but the basic idea. 
You can go to 'My Profile' -> 'My Content' and see what you've posted.
Or if you're looking for an old post that's buried, a google search using "site:forums.huntedcow.com" can often help.

I have never followed a topic, ever. 
No harm in this suggestion though, so sure why not... as long as the default option is NOT auto follow thingy, or have an optional setting.

I personally thought it was a great idea, but as some do not want it, I have to adjust. Having it as a setting would be great for all other players like myself, and still would satisfy players who do not want to auto-follow topics that they comment on. Therefore; this solution satisfies both parties and I would like to see it implemented.

Actually I just noticed, with topic I am following, I get "liked" notifications, but not extra comments. :/ Comments are the most important part haha...
