I don't know what this message means but;
The file /usr/local/apache2/vhosts/fallensword.com/index.php cannot be decoded by this version of the ionCube Loader. If you are the administrator of this site then please install the latest version of the ionCube Loader
Can't reach FallenSword please fix

game has been acting squirrely lately - been randomly logged off, game freezes, and i just saw the same message
and still no explanation for the extended downtime some days ago...
