Everything I know about Titan hunting can be held in a very small thimble. That being said, what is the difference between a buff enhanced 192 teleport buff with a level 10 temporal tower and a level 200 teleport pot?

Successful in this case means not deflected. Spell breaker takes place before the attack.

I just want to add my two cents because apparently the strength of argument does not matter only the diversity of those posting arguments. The new PvP system sounds intriguing but it will ultimately rise or fall on the perceived value of the prizes. The proposed changes to th bounty board will destroy my enjoyment of my favorite part of the game.
