me too main reason i came to fourm the newbie relocate is Blanked out at all times even if you travel to another Region it says "This ITem IS Not Usable Here" so you leave region goto Bravo or something and it when you find a spot that says Relocate click it then it acts like its gonna use it but says " Request Deemed Invaild by the game sever"
