When naming files with the date it is standard practice to put it like this
yyyy-MM-dd-hh-mm-ss
That way you get all the files in the right order 
The way you have it
MM-dd-yyyy-hh-mm-ss
Will become a total PITA next January when the screenshot you just took will be somewhere near the top of the list (but not necessarily AT the top) when the average Joe would expect it to be at the bottom.
Also putting the month first is some sort of stupid convention used by the yanks and not the rest of the sane world!
