No to either of those ...
In fact, no to ALL Legendaries - get 'em back in the realms, where they belong ..

I prefer them out and lurking in the realms, than hiding in the caves.

Actually this time I wouldn't mind seeing them in the caves, considering there is going to be a huge amount of gold coming into the game during the xp event... it has so go SOMEWHERE! I'd like to see a variety of creatures at a LOW cost. 25000 gold for a SMALL chance to find a legendary? Ridiculous. Make it 5,000 for lower creatures, 10,000 for higher or at least make the spawn rates higher please

Votes updated. Remember guys, having something is good. There will be a massive amount of gold brought into the game with the event, and this will be a good way to sink a good amount of that.

Votes updated. Remember guys, having something is good. There will be a massive amount of gold brought into the game with the event, and this will be a good way to sink a good amount of that.
Hope so, will be good to buy much gold with a single wee dot for a change.
Helps bolster the Guild coffers.

Why do people treat this like LEs can only be spawned in either caves OR the realms....the cows have done both in the past and they will in the future. For how much gold that will be floating around in a few hours, having some LE cave creatures would be awesome! Gilded king please 
And for all you who disdain the caves and only want realm LEs, please keep in mind that unlike the global event, the spawned LE events completely destroy the marketvalue of the drops due to a flooding of items - at least the caves keep the item drops to a minimum and helps to maintain the item's value. =)
So, yes to LE in caves AND yes to LEs in realms, but maybe rotate them or keep them totally separated where certain LEs ONLY spawn in realms, and others ONLY spawn in caves.

C4 hasn't been invented in FS yet. I believe you'll want to go to with explosive bundle:

No no it's cool. Hooftest invited one of his SAS buddies into the FS world via some kind of freaky magicky portal type thingy. He brought his own C4. Those explosive bundle things are lame, they'd be hard pressed to dislodge a titan's cling'ons let alone bring down a big cave system.
