So, nothing is happening at those beetles. I try change colour, nothing is happening. And it says on that little book that it should glow red above the door while it's the wrong colour, but there again, nothing changes/happens.

 

Please, take a look at this.

If you get beetles wrong so many times the door will open automatically I believe, hopefully that helps.

 

Most people just spam click it.

If I remember right, after you set them all to a colour, you have to click on the door to "check" your combination, and at that time the red and white beetles show.

 

But as Ant said, after you get it wrong a certain number of times (look at the small lights at the floor I think is where they are), the door will open.

I've been told the same things in-game on global chat, but no, I changed the beetles colours constantly for 10-15 mins and tried to open the door a bunch of times every now and then.

 

And Cyrus, there are no small lights on the floor, the beetles on the floor are constantly grey. Nothing happens, not even any glow from the beetles above the door.

you only need click that door 10 times to open it if i remember it correctly

i don't think there's a wrong way to solve the puzzle 0-0
