We've moved Terra (EU) off TCP Port 7778 and on to TCP Port 8394.

 

If this port is blocked by your Firewall / Router / ISP you'll need to unblock it. If you find you can't connect to Terra but you can connect to Zephyr (US-East) or Cleavius (Oceanic) it is because this port is being blocked on your connection.

 

This change has been made as a test, if it is successful all servers will be moving to TCP Port 8394 as it seems this port is far less likely to be blocked for some users.

I'm a US player. I see Terra and am defaulting to Zephyr, but I no longer see Viridian (however it's spelled) as a US option. I haven't had to manage ports in my firewall or router.

Pretty sure since server optimizations they combined some of the servers to make it more populated

We doubled the server capacity so halved the number of servers we need. More information here:

Okay, that's fine. I wasn't sure if that was intended behavior or not. I had no problems with latency or server/client performance last night. The game ran smoothly.

I am glad you are changing the ports. For some reason, I can now access the EU server only, but I couldn't find any trace of the other ports being blocked, since they did work before. Either way, it will save me a lot of headache. Thanks, guys. ^^

Most of setting are "use TCP/IP automatic", and no need to change if it is so...
