Idk, but shall the home stone dont reset after 1h or are it 1h ingame? 

yesterday used IT like who know when but now on the morning it say 27 min CD.

If you log out after using the homestone but before you're done loading realms, the 1-hour cooldown doesn't start until you log back in. It's a bug, but I doubt it's going to get fixed.

A quick workaround would be to log out only after you've loaded realms.

Is that the same bug as when your logging in on an alt then change your mind and switch to another one before fully loading then don't get rested xp?
