Was invited to group, tagged bunny, was made grp leader, invited 3rd and 4th person.
Killed Bunny.
Chest labeled as "Trilliums Group".
Chest is "opened" by unknown party member.
Chest disappears with no loot roll.
One party member logs off immediately.
No loot for us.
WTF?
*Edit: At least this time I got the Achievement =)

Had the exact same problem yesterday when i was in a group with Bigfoot.

Yeah, I found a few golden eggs, opened them, killed the Big fella, and only one Bunny yielded any loot 
. Why?

Lesser Bunnies (from eggs) have a small chance at dropping bluesparkle loot bags. I've gotten a few outfit pieces from them. I'm talking about the HUGE bunnies. They drop a proper loot chest but sometimes there is loot display and no loot roll for the items. It may have to do with party members being invited AFTER the bunny is tagged. I believe that a member of the party who was invited AFTER the bunny was tagged opened the chest, saw the loot preview, chose Loot All and the items ALL went into his inventory without the loot displaying for all party members. He then logged off with his bounty.
Hope the Cow is looking into this and resolves the issue. I WILL NOT be inviting players to party after a mob is tagged from now on. Which is a shame because I invited the person to group because he was helping with DPS and that deserved a chance at loot.

i think he disconnected because he got no loot as well, happened to me on big bunny as well.
current system "no loot for invited after tag" is really stupid.
no loot from chest is another bug.

How about no chest?
Happened last night when someone tried to reset the tag but removed it. No one was able to tag it and once dead, no chest

Error also happens if guards tag it. no drops
