so i was in pvp q waiting for a game and ppl queue up and i click accept and then its down to 1 person left then its 0 sec and im not sure if they accepted or not but 3 people are in pvp q including me and i see this .
pvp glitch?

Thanks for pointing this out. I suspect it can only happen when a player or players fail to accept a game and the rest of the prospective group members automatically rejoin the queue.
It's a bug so it'll be fixed for the next build. The team will have a discussion on the idea of seeing more about who's queued.

This is already good - it shows who are group q ing . If this is implemented then no one would group q which is good D

Why not just disable team queue? Sometimes people queue by accident. Sometimes they don't.
