Hi there everyone!
 
It's that most wonderful time of year! The Forest of Yule has opened once again, spreading holiday cheer, mischief and even a little bit of evil!
 
All the old classic quests and Titans have returned and we have some new examples of both too!
 
New Christmas Quests : 
 
No pig for Yule Tide?!? at level 2500.
and
Killantzaroi Creeps! at level 2700.
 
These can be found in your Seasonal section of your Quest Book, along with all the others.
 
Additionally, two new Christmas Titans have appeared too!
 
 
Colossal Snowman (Titan)

 
The cold weather, large amounts on snow and malicious magic of Santork has resulted in the formation of the Colossal Snowman, a vast magical elemental! This construct has been created for one purpose, to ruin Yule Time! He moves slowly but the base of the snowman is akin to an avalanche!
 
Where Santork got a giant carrot from is anyones guess.
 
Recommended Level : 1700+
 
 
Jolakott (Titan)

 
Jolakott is a titanic tabby cat that prowls the Forest of Yule. He belongs to the giant Ogress Granny Jeze and with her hatred of the Yule Time instilled into him, Jolakott is stalking the forests in search of any and all revellers to messily devour!
 
Recommended Level : 2300+
 
 
The Forest of Yule with all of it's Seasonal quests and Titans shall be available until 16:00 hours on the 6th of January, 2016!

Invisible titans?

Sounds like a lot of fun, but I personally would have preferred for this to happen after the 2xp event, and not during it. Not only because there are still lag spikes occuring since Friday, but also because it, well... upsets the balance of things.

 

A big thank you still, and especially for the new seasonal titans, even though there are quite a few released all at the same time!

it has to start sometime. Also, some players get busy during the holidays. So the more time allowed for the Yule event, the better.  The player gets to decide which to participate given stam allowance.

 

Now, how does one get to this forest?

Hmmm, odd... New Collosal was secured, but the item isn't showing in Titan Rewards.

 

Anyway, level 1750 rune with +5 stam gain and +4 XP gain. Stats on the item are Attack and Armor.

Same issue with Jolakott. I hope we won't have the same issue with lack of cool down. 

 

I have yet to see the item on this one.

thee 1750 rune has enhancemenr: temporal shift also which reduces teleport time by 1s per 10% of the 100% enhancement

Very very cute art!   I don't think I could kill this guy. He's probably just grumpy because he's stuck outside and it's so cold! I'll leave the barn door open for him to come in and warm up. It's a hay barn, so no worries about animals inside that he might eat before he gets un-grumpy. And yes, it is a gigantic barn, more like a hangar.
