Not too sure if this has been suggested before, but just a quick suggestion that would be nice i believe would be able to click anywhere on the map screen and your character will automatically move there. I think itll make it easier to get to places.

Yeah this just seems extra lazy and unnecessary. I would however like to be able to set my own way points on the map and have an indicator on the minimap like we do for quests.

There is already sort of an auto movement feature. If you click on any walk-able area on the mini-map your toon will move there, but there is a sort of range limit so it can only auto move a short distance - you have to keep clicking on the mini-map.
Also, this is a good idea:

well maybe autowalk/run would be nice. i'ts not auto-mapping but gives a good option to movement.
someone put up another thread suggesting this but pretty sure others have before.
I think I may have even posted but can't remember lol.
anyway, if we could have that feature and be able to set it to whatever key we want like other things from the settings hotkeys it would be nice.
holding down wsad or mouse buttons to auto walk/run can actually be uncomfortable after a while and doing that over and over.
it would give those of us who have used this feature in other mmo's a choice of how we wish to move ( on mount or foot) as well as how we kite for those classes that can kite ( though think with ranger there is only one skill in this game that we can kite with? ).
Slow but steady wins the race or something like that.
I'm just taking it slow, not sure about the steady.

+1 for clicking on the realms map and moving to it...makes perfect sense and really has nothing to do with laziness...your sitting on a computer for hours playing this game if anything it will allow players to play longer because their hand won't get tired as quickly a little common sense goes a long way.

I totaly disagree too, because IMO it's just like botting and defeats the thrill of exploring and the purpose to learning the map.

Someone asking for Progress Quest again? The limit in lazy gaming.
Not enough time to play? Tired of all that button pressing for things like walking, questing, and fighting? Getting caught short when you're in the middle of something and have to make dinner? Enough figuring out what to do next? In summary, if you want a high level character but all that effort is just to much, then Progress Quest is for you.
Meleager, ranger
Tuor, templar (Inactive)
Deimos, mage
Thangbrand, warsin (Mostly on vacation)
Bart, ??? (bene trades)

Get a mount and level up riding, then hold left-click or 'W'. You can get from place to place very fast and if you need to get faster, use dragons.

Mounts would be the closest thing to lazy gaming. Anyone saying auto mapping is lazy...most likely uses mounts...which again contradicts the reasoning for why there shouldn't be auto mapping I have plenty of EP/gold for a mount just don't like the selection at the moment so I choose to walk :]

Auto-Mapping makes a game (especially this genre) look like complete garbage.
