Here's a quick preview video of how the Fallen Sword app is looking so far!

 

We've still a lot of work to do, but the character is now moving around the map and you can travel between the realms. This is also connected to the live server.

 

Note the UI artwork is temporary and the final version will look much better

We're aiming to release it on iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

 

We're also planning to make downloadable PC and Mac version of the game and (hopefully) get it on Steam via Greenlight (with a bit of help from the community!)

Will the mobile app be fully functional? Meaning will the action list come up? could you do an LE event? Would you be able to search through a map to find SE's (aka map walking smoothness, etc.)? Could you realistically level up / hunt on the mobile version (aka action list refresh, combat display comes up, etc.)?

 

I'm sure people will love the mobile app for auctions and such ... but was more interested to see if the mobile version will be fully functional or not.

Looks very nice. Having full functionality on mobile will be great. I see this helping the game to expand once again as the mobile market is quite huge right now.

Absolutely beautiful. Do we have a projected release date? And will there be an email newsletter announcing it? Thanks for working so hard on this. I love it already... Being on a phone only, hunting is frustrating and very slow. Will this be faster on a 4g connection?

I agree. I really think this might bring more players by people noticing it in the mobile market. Hopefully! would be great for Fallensword to get some more players! Good work:)

How well will this app work on the much smaller 4.3 inch etc. screens; I can see this is being tested on a much larger tablet? I see many buttons on the screen which may mean it will be difficult to see the actual map.

A downloadable version could be the fix this game needs, would be way easier to fix the lag I suppose...Keep on the good work guys

Also, if you guys create an app version and a downloadable version, maybe would be good to consider creating a new server, of course, that will need to be very well handle, but it is just an idea.
