We've changed how Supporter subscriptions work in Gothador now. Previously if you had supporter status it would only apply to the one character. We've now changed this so if you upgrade to being a Supporter it will apply to all the characters on your game account.

 

Please note due to this change Pearl, Diamond and Ultimate subscriptions are no longer available. Also if you had multiple characters subscribed under the same account before, we have combined the time for you.

 

If you have any issues with your current or new subscriptions please contact our support.

So when the next month time would normally start up, only one subscription charge will renew and the others will be gone?

I paid monthly for Mekare.  On the 'Manage' screen it shows 33 supporter days left and no renew.. will I have to renew the sub before the 33 days is up?

The subscriptions will currently not renew, however you can select any of the new subscription options before the current time expires and it won't lose the current days you have left.

Will there be any 'support a friend' options? 

Is there a limit to how many characters a person can have?

Are current players still able to create a new character? Will that character instantly/automatically be supported?

The "Buy Gothpoints" link has an option of "60 days standard" for $12.50

The HCS forum has "Home > Shop > Subscriptions > View Subscription" has 1 month for $5, 3 months for $13.50, 6 months for $24.00, and 12 months for $42.

The payment methods have been reduces to credit/debit card and Paypal.

Can I still send cash to Scotland for payment? Or use mobile phone payment?

Yeah, I kinda wondered about that.  That basically means our subscription is going up from the looks of it. We are paying $5 now, so 60 days would be $10, but now it's going to be $12.50 (from the looks of it) but it was never mentioned that the fee was going to go up. 

 

Though, $2.50 to cover everything on our entire account isn't bad.  As long as gothador gets a little bit of love and attention regularly.

 I usually sub 1 month at a time (have set-up chars with MASSIVE AP max, some take 6 months t max out) per char using gift sub, that way no auto renew. THATS not available now - only the more expensive 2-month, I was going to use 1 yr. BUT

 ALSO - many low (5 USD) payments to HCS would involve me in continuous losses due to currency exchange, so, I sent myself a HCS Gift voucher o 50 USD. when that ran out I sent another, etc. till I decided to do a BIG amount of money. Theres 125 USD outstanding on it.

 

I CANT USE IT. The PayPal page of HCS has been recoded and no longer allows gift vouchers (you cant buy them either youll note).

wow. you suck hcs. you changed the payment format on us and wont even answer 2 or 3 questions about it.

 you need to clean this up asap.  you got 3 weeks to do it before our subs run out.  bring back support a friend, more payment options.

If you select the 60 day supporter option in the Hunted Cow Shop you can also use UltimatePay which has different payment options depending on which country you are in.

I think you can use PayPal gift vouchers with the 60 days supporter option, but not the subscription based ones.

Thanks a bunch Hoof. You cleared up a lot. I think I'm going have to re sub for the 60 days via mobile phone but god damn! It's like $20 for the service fee
