How quickly does the durability of Crystalline gear decline if you are using UB190?

Technically wouldn't that give you level 199.5?
What if you didn't use Distil? What about if you used UB175 instead?
Basically I'm trying to get an idea of how quickly crystalline gear lasts.

1 or 2 points per 10K stam (under DBL1200) based on my experience with the Volker Set
