Accidental Destruction of Mission Items

Hello!

If you have accidently destroyed an item essential for completing a mission, please send in a screenshot of your mission log containing the stage you are on to our Customer Support Centre, making sure your characters name is clearly visable.

Support will then replace the item for you :)

What if it was the reverse?

E.G.

At the level 20 shop are level 19 leg armor and you bought them, thinking they were the right item, only to get over to the inventor's and find out the right leg armor doesn't exist in the game and you just got suckered for near 400 credits?

I can see a lot of notes getting destroyed to open up space because everyone now knows they can just send a letter and get it back later. :P

missions only uses one item at a time mostly so its really not hard working around it.

Glad I haven't done this yet in either game but I know a few who have :).

Why not add some code that allows a player who has accidentally destroyed an essential quest item, to return to the spot they got it from to get another? This would eliminate the need to send in a support ticket and maybe save some cows a few headaches.

By pressing Prt Sc (Print Screen) button and then paste it into some graphic editor (Paintbrush is sufficient) and save it.

i destroyed 4 mission items one time, as i had gone for like 10 lvls without findind use for them, and somehow i'm lvl 30, and have completed every mission i've come accross without use for them... why could this be?

Not all mission items are irreplaceable
This post is speaking specifically to items that are acquired via a mission and required for a later mission
Such items can not be replaced in the game (you can't do that old mission a second time)
These items are now impossible to destroy
However, before they made these items indestructible, some players deleted them and we unable to complete the later missions

They were destroyable at the time i did so, bound non-tradable, and given to me in the quest, NOT by creature drops. It was around lvl 5-10, now i'm lvl 30, have completed EVERY quest, and still not had anything that i needed them for, if anyone would like the name of the quest, i believe i remember which one.

With crutial mission items now indestructable (as noted in the items description) this topic might be unstickied too.
