It means that the ap bar on your character will grow in size by 150
it means you can store more ap,

150 AP would be 3 bennies. They are 50 AP each, a USP is 1000 AP.

What do you mean by AP? Cuz I would like to buy a Yvew Battle Cloak but what does 150 AP mean?
Think of Ap as currency - specifically think of 1 AP and 1 cent
a "Benny" (benevolent potion) is 50 AP - i.e. 50 cents
a USP 1K Ap, etc
Most trades are done in "speed' - Speed is Potions that give APs (i.e. extra plays)

Yes - but his question wasn't about his AP bar but about the Yvew Battle cloak costing 150 AP,
