It could be seen as a chance (for those that can afford it) for lower levels to get a small boost towards EOC with a faster stam gain.

That's a very solid point.

The lower levels that actually get to use the Tiered Steamworks will benefit a bit.

I just feel like the execution and balancing could be better. The main problem I'm having is that I'm looking at a plethora of Epics (Seasonal & Others) just lost a lot of their value.

We now have an Epic Armor at level 300 that you can keep for well over 1000 levels and not miss out on any Stam gain upgrade.

While your point is relevant right now at this time in the game, eventually as Grim indicated this is a process that will flow now from the original in game epics to those that came later.. ie titans seasonal etc etc.

 

Following that process instantly to level the field would remove these kinds of weekends /events.

 

The next issue is not what or when but what will the max stam gain be on a tier 5 pair of oggy's or kardic helm etc etc ...Skally's  start at +1 so not that big an issue..

Bumped Tier 5 to 5+. Figured tiering these was a good way to actually give the Cuirass some Gains, which it didn't have before.That's my intention.Will likely look to the earliest hunted ones like Oggy in the future.~ Grim

Why not make the next Epics to be Tiered. Epics such as the inventable one like the Gnarled Scarab Ring, and the Gnarled Scarab Amulet.
