Your title says not enough. What is your current speed on the level-up screen? The minimum by adding level-up points is 10 minutes. To get lower, you need to equip items from your inventory to get down to 5. With the time-shift enchantment it can go down to 4 mins.

 I just leveled up. my speed is -1, 30 mins

 

the dropdown menu has attack, defense, hp, mp, ac, damage, action points.

 

there is no option for speed in the dropdown menu.

 

ok, i clicked on the speed box and it seemed to accept my level up point. I didnt realize you could select it that way. anyhow, it seems to work, so thanks for replying.
