I think 12h are just too long. Half the time or maybe let us decide like composing = more time/power more RP. I agree with costs + TheCount
 
more suggestions: 
- Special RP - buffs like double SE drop, new Elite buff, your idea with SE / Chest finder and so on...
- NEW Epics or at least upgraded RP-Epics. Since other epics got an upgrade the RP epics are weak now
- Level 150 buffs are not that necessary
- Find Item is cheap in AH, replace it with maybe Lady Luck or Frag Finder (yeah I know composing...)
- Same with doubler, replace it with Stalker or Sacrafice
- Maybe a Gloat / Deft Hands in bounty package?

Do NOT punish people for playing their own way 

And EP already said it: Gvg and PvP are nowadays just pay to win. Throwing in the biggest pots. So I really do not care if HCS fix "problems" like medal ticks or levelling during ladder or not. Level up in their range and stop crying.  :rolleyes:
