Nah Urt didn't cripple his leveling by putting all his points into atk. This way he doesn't have to blow oospas but rather gets a good ap/xp ratio.
Zina, did Urt shoot your dog? That is the only explanation I can think of for your at this point rather sad attempts at insult. Good for a snicker though and yet another +1 post from me.

And "Big Z" is well and truly suffering in the levels department for it, like Bubbles said. Burton chose to use his levels wisely and thus his usps wisely...so who's the one laughing?
