For future reference, I've had far more luck finding groups by hanging out at the Eldevin Market and using either local or realm chat. Given it's still beta with a small community, the chances of a group wondering by are fairly small.
If you're just looking for a run, rather then doing it the hard way, most level 30s (including myself, ign bart) are willing to help.
