Is this quest active? It never showed up for me until after I received [14] Illaneska Guide. I've been everywhere I can think of in the Arcane Sanctum and haven't found any guides. Not to mention it's a level 5 quest so it should be relatively easy to find the guide there.
Has anyone found/completed this quest?

You don't actually talk to a person for this quest. There are three (maybe more, but that's all I've noticed) floating signs in the Arcane Sanctum that give the quest. One is straight ahead of you as you come out of the portal and into the sanctum. Just run straight ahead and it's floating on top of the short wall that borders the path. It's directly across from the glowing triangle that's on the pavement.

I´d never got to that, because I exactly know where to go. So I`ve set the runmarkers just around the corner and the sign never got in sight.

Wow. Thanks, thick. Never in my 100's of trips in there have I ever seen that thing there lol. And I feel like I'm usually a very observant guy.
