This is an isolated issue.  As far as I know only I and XaXa have this problem.  We are unable to ctrl + click empty sacks when trading.  Any other items or sacks with things in it works fine.  We can drag and drop them of course, but nobody wants to do that.

this has happened to me with other items when trying to vendor. sometimes it's ok sometimes it won't ctrl click.

It seems that this issue is linked to the 'Drag to Destroy Items' option. I enabled this option. A few hours later, I ctrl + clicked some empty sacks to put them into the vault (still working fine). I switched to an alt and tried to ctrl + click to take the sacks out, but I couldn't. Note that the Stash was not open, only the Vault, so having a full Stash wasn't the problem.

 

Since I have never had this issue before, and I recalled that I had enabled this option just recently, I disabled the option and tried withdrawing sacks with ctrl + click again. It worked this time.
