Make it so the corpses of those you have killed in TA remain there for some time, wherein you can skin them for human skins/human parts. Collect enough human skins and you can change your appearance/gender (it's a fantasy game, why not). Collect enough human parts and you can craft vanities like a belt of ears or a human skull helm. Even weapon vanities like a bone dagger or human spine staff.
And the 10,000 player kill achievement should give a new emote where you take out a throne made of bones and sit on it.
