We're an alliance called The Shadows - medium in size, we do not care to be the biggest or strongest, we care about loyalty and leadership. We don't have many joining restrictions and we allow new players in so we can teach them or help them to stay on the game. We do require you to be active, at least login daily or soand we may require you to move to our HIVE we are continuously developing. 

 

This being said, we have a few NAP's that may you may benifit from in the future and our leadership team is one of a kind.

 

We generally play as a group and we alloacte resourses to every member - meaning when you need to destroy something you'll have an army behind you! 

 

We're not doing this beating a dead horse thing. Details will be released soon for the 10th Anniv Plans.  

 

Lets quit this whole HCS are the devil thing before this thread ends up removed. 

Having just skimmed over this thread I was considering playing this game until then ..sadly what I have read fills me with no desire to continue.

Not Staff, just a Voluntary Helper But yeah the frustration is around. They have staff for all areas but obviously priorities change daily, especially  if Eldevin decides to explode one day and the servers decide to go on strike the day after.  

 

My advice with tickets is, after created check up on them. Make sure your email is updated as that is how the system contacts you to advise you that your ticket circumstances have been altered or changed. If all else fails then wait a period of time, make sure that if they are waiting for a reply you do actually reply otherwise it will auto close. If all else fails you can ask for an update with the staff.  

 

One thing you should never do is make multiple tickets, serves no purpose. Hoofmaster has always, in my view, been very vocal and public about customer service and I'm sure he's floating about somewhere. Sometimes things go wrong and tickets get forgotten about.  Human errors FTW, but yeah I can understand your frustration

I deal with legacy as I was pretty much a manager under Zorg and then he joined HCS I am the Lead Helper and deal with all the community issues that arise and I have limited views of the ticket system. Tickets have to be unlocked to me by HCS Staff (Usually BigGrim or Zorg) and I can deal with them - please remember it is just Legacy stuff If you have any questions I have a wiki page or feel free to ask!

I seem to bump into a lot of people. Think the amount of beta tests and the size of the starting island place helps Already bumped into Zorg and Hoofmaster
