Just wanted to know what do micro generator, pulse catalyst, and icon of vigilance do? there effect please if anyone knows what they are used for thank you.

Micro Generator - For every level you are above the items you are wearing you gain 1 stat point for each. For every 25 levels of the skill the cap on how many boosts total goes up one.
Pulse Catalyst - =0.2*skill level to all enhancements.
Icon of Vigilance - Increases chance of improving Augmentation. No exact number on this.

And here's how you can find that info for yourself:
Go to Character>Skills
At the top, click "View Skill Guide"
This will open up an alphabetical list of every skill in the game, and their description.
