Alright so I know there are a lot of missions in this game and some are actually very easy to miss, so my proposal is to gather together a list of missions at least until we have a decent guide to go along without it.
These are the missions that I have started. If you compare to your list and see one that I haven't added go ahead and add it and give some details to it or if you see one and don't have it in your list go ahead and ask about it and I'll see if I can help you find it.
Access Alert-
Lvl 2 Area you must create a power spear and take it to the in-line socket.
Assimilation-
Lvl 20 Pvp Area you must kill the elite dune scanner.
Bit Builder-
Lvl 4 Area you must kill 20 of the bit collators.
Call to Arms-
LVL 10 Elite area, you must kill the Ancient Sand Lurker.
Crawling Corruption
Lvl 1 area? Introduction to skill points.
Delivery Note
Take delivery note to highway 101 HQ.
Down Lines
Droid Delivery
Energy Leak
Facility Assault
Fist Fighter
New Blood
Orientation
Poison Desire
Powered Down
Resource Stripping-
Lvl 7 Pvp Area. You must build a bomb and place it near the left hand corner.
Settlement Defense
Stolen Labor
Suiting Up
System Error

Maybe you should add the level and place where you started it so people can start them easier. I think this is in wrong forum but I'll still add this to my Links to guides on forums compiled! thread. I hope you make this a good guide.

Just listing the names of the missions isn't really helpful as a Guide. :roll:

"stolen Labor" mission is still missing from the list.
I think it's helpful if you want to check if you missed any missions, I got these two still to do:
"Down Lines" & "Resource Stripping"
I think "Resource Stripping" gives you skill points? I'm soon lvl 25 so they will come handy...

I put a few brief descriptions in it and I'll put more in later.
By the way this was never meant to be a guide but rather a list that we could use to make sure we got them all. When the game first came out we didn't know how many were actually in the game. A lot of people missed the one in Taulin city since the beginning part of it wasn't actually visible on the map.

Mission Updated: Resource Stripping
The Console is blackened but otherwise unhurt by the explosion. As you insert the security Override into the Access port lights start to ripple over the surface of the Console. You hear a noise behind you, as you turn you see the Security Droid standing menacingly in front of you. 'You have done well Unit. I shall patrol the Facility and make sure that no other Looters are in the vicinity. Take these Credits that I confiscated from some of the Looters. I'm sure you can put them to good use.'
You receive 156 Xp + 50 Credits + 10 Skill Points
