he said he changed the groups due to missing entries - to prevent wins by default for the first round I'd imagine.

Depends on the artist. Once this weeks winners are declared you can see who made it and make a personal request to the artist

1A~Great effects and color choices. Emotion fits the piece well. Heck even the text looks nice
2A~Guy is definitely giving off rage! Nice atmosphere too.
3C~It was close but I really liked this smudging. nice job! =)
4B~Another close one. But I love this piece better.
5B~Man all of these are good, but this style is really cool and really allows the scariness to be shone.
6A~Definitely different from other pieces I've seen! Interesting style
7A~Beautiful, but sad. I really like this.
8A~Poor dog!

1.A-most appealing to me out of that division.
2.A-very nice. Although the brightness around the face could be toned down a tiny bit.
3.C-hard to pick between it and A but I think it fits the theme better
4.B-Very good execpt for the bottom left smudging.
5.C-I love it. B was very close though.

Group 1: B - I like the colours and the contrasts in the faces
Group 2: C - I just like it in general. It's different. Plain but puts a smile on your face

awesome quote brings it together since txt can make or break art sometimes but also some amazing effects

Always have to go for the puppy eyes also very interesting
