There is a minor tooltip bug for the quest items required for the third step of [44] Grave Concerns.

 

Mage Sylan asks for five each of Shadow Monk Ectoplasm and Undead Skeleton Bones. However, when you mouse over the tooltip for either of these items, it will give you a quantity out of 10(for example, I could turn in the quest with 7/10 Undead Skeleton Bones, even though I only needed five).

Another issue with this quest,when only lvl 43 being assigned this 44 quest it doesn't allow you into the BT(says you may not enter until lvl 44) although you can be summoned into it at lvl 43 and complete the quest fully as 43.

I had the same problem; infact i was able to gather 9/10 plamsa and 7/10 bones but not 10/10 on niether of the resources

Since you need to be on Grave Concerns to activate the alter to open the doorway, I've lowered the doorway requirement to 43 and fixed this issues with the quest items, it will be in the next build.
