Hello everyone,

A new update (1.0.7) will be coming out in the coming days (pending approval from each app store).

This update brings potential fixes to iOS and Android crashes. Please let us know if you are still facing issues launching the app or any crashes during playthrough.

@KitiaraLi, I tried reproducing the issue you mentioned with input fields, but they worked correctly for me. Please note some numeric fields will cap the value to the limit available, according to the area, for example if you only have 500 gold available in your bank, the field will only allow a maximum of 500 to be input. The same will apply on areas where 2 numeric fields work together, for example the level filter in the auction house, if you input a max of 999, the minimum level input field won't allow for that value to go over it.

Of course, there could be a case where this breaks :P. But please let us know if you feel like this is still broken in version 1.0.7 and if possible give us a screenshot with some steps to cause the issue.

Regarding numeric fields looking gray, that was not the best choice of color to represent a selected field, so I have changed it to remain the same color as a standard field, this should avoid confusion.

Thank you for letting us know, we will look into the arena bug in a future version.
Regarding notifications, we're hoping the latest fix on 1.0.7 fixes the issue, so if you can, please try uninstalling and reinstalling (a notifications permission might pop up for you upon first app launch).

Could you please confirm if item images missing is still an issue in the app? This is not something we've seen before.

Regarding the Quick combat setting/delay, this is something we can certainly review and improve based on feedback. We will address this in a later version.

Regarding "Out of sync" error and relogging when using the same account in multiple devices, or after having the app idle for some time. For now, this will continue, but we are looking into less intrusive ways of restoring sessions in the app. You can expect a fix for this issue in future updates and a much smoother re-sync.

Regarding logging back in the app and seeing a new character, we are aware of this issue, and we are still investigating possible solutions for it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, please do let us know if it continues happening. One important thing to note is that, uninstalling the app will cause it to lose reference to your account, so keeping the account linked (through at least one of the linking methods, will make it safer for you). Please note, we are also looking into improving account linking and logging with it for future versions.

I hope this addresses all the pending questions, if not please just ask again as we'll be checking this post for further feedback on the app.

Thank you for trying out the App and for the feedback. We're looking into the issues reported and we're trying out a few solutions for the IOS crash on app launch. Please note reasons could be different for everyone, so it's very important that you contact support and provide the information requested by them to investigate each issue individually.


We will continue to make new builds to address all issues reported, however due to holidays, new versions release times could be affected.


Regarding the quick combat setting removed:

-Quick combat setting has been removed due to the new UI system. You can now tap the info button for details and combat log will be displayed. You can hold attack button to attack all creatures in the list. And you can tap on the battle result in the center of the screen for combat details.


Regarding missing buffs:

-There was a bug with buff loading, they will now be displayed correctly in the player pvp stats panel.

HUD is out of sync

Restarting in x seconds


Can you stop this from happening so often please?

HUD out of sync happens when there are 2 or more different devices using the same character. This is not supported due to several technical reasons, you must use only one client at a time. If the issue is happening when using only one client, please contact support and give us the repro steps to cause the issue.


Changed about 3 avis in the past few months, but the one on the app doesn't update at all. Not sure if it's just for me or not.

There's a bug in the current version of the app causing some images to not reload once saved. In the app you can go to Settings->Preferences Delete Resources, to force remove all the downloaded images.



Hi, i have download the apps, but when run the apps, it was a new account. 

is it possible to change/link the apps on this account.

FYI, the email for web account is different from Playstore email.

When I click on select avatar on the mobile app, it just does the loading animation endlessly. Also for when I used the app the first time I signed in with Google and started on a fresh account. When I tried to sign on to the computer with Google it pulled up a different account.

We're working on a fix for the avatar issue for the next update, thanks for letting us know. Regarding the google account issue, I just tried and it worked fine for me. If this persists could you please log a support ticket with repro steps?

Hello! I am back with a few suggestions that I have after using the app some more. As always, I will be providing screenshots of each of the comments below soon (need to resize).

1. PvP ladder sorting is defaulting to alphabetical. Can this be changed to rating?

2. FSP market lists the cheapest option first. It should always list the highest as this is the best option.

3. FSP market listing page is missing the entire 2nd page that is in the browser version. This should also be flipped to show the lowest price first as it is the best option (this needs to be flipped in the browser version as well).

4. Can there be a filter to show items in specific BP folders? Hard to sort by the other options in my opinion.

5. After the last update: When I am clicking in gear to replace something I am currently wearing, it no longer previews the name or level of the item. Can we revert to what was done previously? More work involved to preview the name/level of an item.

Thanks for the feedback, I'm working on these.

On a quick side note, filters should remember the last state used even after closing the game. However, I found a bug that causes the state to be read incorrectly in some panels, including the Ladder one, it's fixed now and will be available in the next release.


Regarding the BP filters by folder, can you elaborate with an example?

Love this. How close are we to official app release? Has covid slowed us down into 2021. I feel like we are going to see alot of game updates and changes prior to release which i was hoping for.

We're definitely still working on Fallen Sword (now, more than ever). Covid did impact development in some level, but we managed to workaround the issues and adapt. It's hard for me to tell you a release date with so much going on behind the scenes lately but that's something that will be announced eventually.



I'm always happy to hear about updates to the app.  Currently the app tells me to download the update, but it's not in the Play Store.... Is there an ETA for this one?

I remember you had issues with one of your recent builds not being available on Android when we released, but got it a few days later. I was hoping this was something fixed on their end. But apparently this might be the case again. That's frustrating to us as well, as this is something we don't have control over. All we can do is wait for them to process and release. But we're working on this internally, to try and mitigate the Updates down time as much as possible on what we have control over.

Sorry about that, we're planning on releasing a new update this week for the app to fix a variety of bugs and implement some enhancements. Please bear with us until build 0.8.4 is released :)


I'm building it as I type this and we just have to test it internally and wait for each app store to approve it to release it.

We're planning to make a new build soon to fix the following issues:

  1. Players not in a guild not able to view other Guild profiles.
  2. Not able to join guild from invite message.
  3. Auction house sorting not working properly.
  4. Combat results view errors.
  5. Arena Crash.

Hi Morgwyn, thanks for the feedback, appreciate that.


The guild view page is indeed broken for players that are not in a guild yet and it ends up blocking the request join button. I've already fixed it in our test build, but the fix will be available for players in the next app update release, as a work around, please use the browser for guild requests.

We are also working on a new tutorial, that will cover several UI/Realm areas, so thanks for that feedback as well.


About your last post that players would get lost, that's a bit more challenging and might involve some change in game design, I'll bring that up with the guys, we are constantly working on quality of life enhancements, so thanks for pointing that out.

Can we have the exact XP loss remaining on a bounty in the app just like the desktop version?



While bountying on the app, the blue bar that represents XP Loss remaining shows a significant amount left when it's 0. Maybe a good idea to RED it out when there is 0 left? It was showing roughly 20-25% left when it was 0%.

Yeah I'm calculating the bar fill for remaining XP loss incorrectly, as for the exact full XP value, i'll add that to the Attacking pop up.

Hi Guys ,Appreciate the  app updates . but while titan hunting I and others have noticed the latest update added almost a full second to complete 1 kill.
Is there any chance at some stage in the future this will be addressed?

Yes, we looked into that and have noticed some enhancements that can be done in that area, will be implementing it in future releases.

Can we get Combat Sets ordered A-Z by defualt rather than old-new as it is atm

Like the new combat logs and pvp updates, so much easier to view/compare/attack

Sorry about the buff market issues, for now you can do as sohail94 said, you have to select the buff level during search level 1 to 150, and you can activate/deactivate the buff market package by selecting it, clicking edit, and then clicking stop selling/start selling.


The issue has already been fixed in our side and will be available in the next build.

Just to update on what's the current stage on the app development, since we have a few posts and discord updates, but this is the main pinned thread.

Currently players can only access the app through the Beta on Android and IOS version 6.1.

We are working hard on version 7.0 which will bring a lot of changes, mainly changing the game from Landscape to Portrait mode.

We do not have a date set for 7.0 release, we will not be releasing it until it reaches a similar level of content already available on 6.1, in order to not block people that use the app, from using and testing it.

Might i suggest that we have some kind of notification when we get a drop?  And an on map BP count, as well as a notification that our BP is full?  This occurred to me when I used the app for a LONG walking  daily quest... (I generally do back quests for these because wandering around aimlessly is just too boring)  I was collecting parts to invent a quest item, and had to go back and forth from browser to app....  At this point, the app is much easier for hunting critters, so it's my preferred method for that...


All in all I'm quite pleased with the progress so far.   I'm really looking forward to the final product.

Thanks for the suggestion, we've actually partially implemented that already for the next build, we're testing no longer displaying every enemy kill as screen message, but rather only when defeated or gained an item. We're discussing implementing changes to the layout to display some basic HUD information, including BP current/max. So this is definitely something we want to improve.
